All clubs, societies, groups or organizations who are commercial organizations may purchase individual page space on this site under the terms of the Disclaimer above and subject to the following additional terms.
Such entry shall remain on this site provided that any payments due are paid in full in advance. Any organization whose account falls overdue shall have it's entry removed without notice.
That all services or products offered by the clubs, societies, groups or organization are legal within the United Kingdom and that the clubs, societies, groups or organization shall indemnify JevStar.com and it's agents from any liability concerning such service or product howsoever arising.
The JevStar.com and it's agents do not offer any warranty, guarantee or approval for any product or service advertised on this site.
Protection of copyright. The entrant shall be liable for any items submitted to ensure that it owns or has license to use any material supplied for inclusion on this site
In the event of this site closing for any reason under it's control JevStar.com shall return such monies paid in advance on a pro-rata basis for unused time in whole calendar months. JevStar.com and it's agents shall not be liable to pay compensation resulting from the closure of this site howsoever arising.
Force Majure - JevStar.com may suspend the operation of this site at any time under circumstances of Force Majure. Under such circumstances it shall NOT be liable to return any monies paid but may do so under it's own sole discretion.
Purchased Pages
These shall be in equivalent size to one-side A4 and may include approved photographs, drawings, charts and text. As a minimum the initial page shall include the name, address and telephone number of the entrant and a clear description of the products and/or services offered. The design of such pages will be undertaken by JevStar.com in-line with the general design of the whole site in consultation with the entrant.

The above charges are subject to change at any time, but shall not be retrospective to agreements already in force but shall apply to new insertions and renewals. The main insertion shall be deemed to renew each and every calendar year from the date of the first insertion at which time the rates in force at the time shall apply.
Any addition to the current insertion shall be at the charge rates in force at the time of the additional insertion.
Minor amendments will be carried out without charge. A minor amendment shall be deemed to be the addition or alteration of not more than 10 words in any one calendar month. Amendments requiring greater addition or alteration shall be deemed to be new page insertions .
Withdrawal
The entrant shall be entitled to withdraw an insertion without penalty at the end of each calendar month or annually depending upon the method of payment chosen provided that they supply one calendar months notice in advance of the termination date. The entrant shall be liable for each and every part month during which time their entry is published up to and including the period of notice.

Customer Information Request Page, This is a special page designed with electronic links which causes automatic email to be sent to the Web Master, This email will include the email address of the requestor and the type of information required. This request will be forwarded as is by FAX to the club, society, group or organization for follow up. JevStar.com will not make contact with the requestor nor make their details available to any other person or organization.
Automatic Responses for Information, This is a special web page that uses the email services of JevStar.com. When the requestor clicks for additional information it causes JevStar.com's email system to transmit pre-determined information to the requestor. The requestors details and requirements can also be relayed direct to your own email
