Blue Vision Twirling Team |
|
We are Huntingdon’s very own Majorette Troupe. We set up in May 2003 we
currently have 35 members and train 3 times a week at Hartford Infant School,
Mayfield Road. The troupe is open to both boys and girls from 5 year old and
upwards.
In our first year we achieved 58 trophies at Regional Level and 23 trophies at
National Level. We have also taken part in local carnivals and fete’s as part of
our summer season commitment. We would be very interested to talk to any local
companies who may wish to sponsor us, in supplying us with tracksuits with the
troupe name and company names printed on them. We are also very keen to speak to
any body who would like us to perform at their carnival/fete, there is a nominal
fee charged for our display this is part of our annual fund raising and all
monies are put back into the troupe to promote our sport of Baton Twirling and
to be able to offer this sport to others with in our community.
