Welcome to Huntingdon

The birth place of Oliver Cromwell

Huntingdon is an important bridge-head where the A1, the Great North Road, crosses the River Great Ouse near to Hinchingbrooke House once home to both the Cromwell's and then the Montagu's, The Earls of Sandwich, where in 1660 Samuel Pepys was secretary to Edward Montagu, so Huntingdon was no stranger to politics when John Major became the youngest Prime Minister of the 20th Century.

Huntingdon is one of the five principal towns in the District of Huntingdonshire, the others being St Ives, St Neots (the largest town in the County of Cambridgeshire), Ramsey site of the former Abbey and the Roman town of Godmanchester located just across the River Great Ouse from Huntingdon. WiggleWaggle With Sharon at Kiddicare Events Room

Classes every Thursday 1pm to 2.30pm
WiggleWaggle is a ridiculously funky programme of Music, Dance, Drama and Fitness for children aged from birth to five and their grown-ups. It is fun; upbeat and designed to be enjoyed by the grown-ups as much as the children. Dances and songs from around the World, Active games, Group Dances, Vocal Technique and Articulation, Sign Language, Sports Skills and Creative activities - are all weaved through the sessions, for maximum learning, engagement and fun. Brightly coloured props, fantastic music, and an unrivalled programme ensures that WiggleWaggle is unlike any preschool group you have seen before. Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and usually followed by playtime and refreshment. Give me a ring or simply turn up, would be great to see you. You do not need to come with anyone else.... We look after you, brew you a cup of tea, and make you smile.
